My mother was moving into my already small home, and I needed to put an addition on (sitting room) the back of my house. I priced my project with about five different local contractors. I had hesitated to contact Wayne Day because I had heard he was expensive. First of all, construction is not cheap. I wasn't looking for cheap, however. I wanted a quality job that would last, and that is exactly what I received. And I was surprised, because I did not find his prices to be out of line with all the other quotes I received. I will not use anyone else, ever. The quality of the work, the courtesy, professionalism was all exemplary. Wayne cares about the work, he will guide you through the entire process and his knowledge and experience is exceptional. Fantastic. Period. End result: Sitting room, two large closets, beautiful foyer.

2 Car Garage and a Breeze Way
Having worked with many contractors in the past, working with Wayne Day on this 2-car garage and breeze way project was a pleasure. During the winter of 2018-2019 with many days of bad weather our project came in on time and on budget. Best of all were Wayne Day's great ideas for improvements to our basic design due to his vast experience in home construction. This made our project more beautiful than was thought possible. In my next project there is only one person (company) I will call and that is Wayne Day Custom Builder.

After a few poor experiences with business in the area I was not looking forward to hiring or buying from anyone else. However the basement and laundry room needed to be finished. Both jobs were done very professionally and to a very high standard. The builders were punctual, polite and communicated very well and clearly each step a long the way. They handled all the architect plans and getting planning permission from the township. The jobs were completed a head of time and we could not be happier. Description of work:
Wayne and his colleagues performed a total remodeling of our 2-floor house, including expanding the kitchen, adding rooms and a garage, installing new heating/cooling and gas systems, washer/dryer, totally re-working electrical and plumbing facilities. There wasn't a room that wasn't altered.

We began working with Wayne after suffering a devastating loss. Wayne handled the rebuild process with patience and honesty. He worked with us when the budget went over the estimated amount due to unknown and unexpected issues. They were quick to answer our questions and address concerns even after handing over the keys. We highly recommend Wayne as he is an honest man who completes some of the work himself. After handing over the keys to the house, Wayne went back to the house on his own time to fix a few minor things we noticed and to check on the house after a storm as he knew we where not there.
